I adventured to this small reservoir in the early spring when the air was crisp and the water was still frigid from snowmelt. The rocks the rose from the
water seemed to float on the surface, and the distant mountains punctuated the horizon with their pointy silhouettes. A peaceful sunset concluded the day and I had the privilege of
witnessing and capturing the serenity before me. I waded out into the water with my camera and tripod to get closer to the rocks and eliminated peripheral distractions. I used a long
shutter speed to smooth the water out and reflect the clouds above.
Chittenden Reservoir is located in a small Central Vermont town at the end of a long, dusty, dirt road. The Green Mountains rise and partially surround it.
Unless specified otherwise, all metal prints come with a 3/4" wall float mount. It is an elegant means of displaying metal prints with absolutely no frame needed.
