Help files updated to HTML making Visual Quilting compatible with Windows Vista operating system,

User file location changed to Visual Quilting folder under User/Documents folder,

Default palette color files moved to folder deeper than program installation folder to eliminate some clutter from user file locations,

and Installation program based on Microsoft Windows Setup project eliminating some 16-bit compatibility problems with previous installation program.

Palette colors can now be found regardless of where the quilt project file is located,

Miscellaneous help file corrections were made.
