1-2-08 -- New Features Include the following...

	Installation program based on Microsoft Windows Setup project eliminating some 16-bit compatibility problems with previous installation program,
	Default palette color files moved to folder deeper than program installation folder to eliminate some clutter from user file locations,
	User file location changed to Visual Quilting folder under User/Documents folder,
	and Help files updated to HTML making Visual Quilting compatible with Windows Vista operating system.
